HG Plan Completes Rehabilitation Phase of Del'Rey Lofts Project in Covilh\u00e3 (Sineiro)<\/b><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In August 2025, HG Plan Management<\/b>, the HG Plan Group<\/b>‘s construction and rehabilitation company, completed the first phase of the <\/span>rehabilitation work on the Del’Rey Lofts building<\/b>, located on Estrada do Sineiro, in Covilh\u00e3<\/b>. The project consisted of transforming an old textile factory into a modern residential building<\/b>, giving rise to 23 turnkey apartments<\/b>, fully equipped and ready to move into.<\/p>

This intervention is a clear example of the rehabilitation of buildings<\/b> with technical quality and sustainability criteria. The work included urban planning permission<\/b>, architectural design and engineering specialties<\/b>, as well as full thermal and electrical installations<\/b>, a reinforced concrete<\/b> structure and custom interior finishes<\/b>, including the supply and assembly of bespoke furniture<\/b>.<\/p>

With this project, HG Plan strengthens its position as a leading contractor in Beira Interior<\/b>, particularly in the areas of Covilh\u00e3, Fund\u00e3o, Castelo Branco and Guarda<\/b>, working in both property refurbishment<\/b> and residential construction<\/b>.<\/p>

HG Plan & UBI Join Forces to Develop High-Performance Sustainable Foams for Construction<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

HG Plan Management, Lda<\/b>, a HG Plan Group company with a strong presence in energy efficiency<\/b> projects in the construction industry<\/b>, has just announced the launch of the EcoFoams<\/b> project – Scalable Manufacturing of High-Performance Insulation EcoFoams for Commercial Use in Building Projects<\/b>.<\/p>

The project, developed in partnership with the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Beira Interior (UBI)<\/b>, aims to create alternative and innovative foams based on polyurethane (PU)<\/b>, using sustainable materials and advanced technologies<\/b>.<\/p>
